Now *THAT* is what I call a breakfast. It looks amazing. And I thought my breakfast of four grain bread with avocado was the best. It looks sad now compared to yours. Great job - the photo is great too!

I am staying at a PPKer's house (friend first, then PPKer Mabelstone) who is famous for her biscuits. I ate two and they were delicious.

A big bowl of oatmeal with coconut oil and blackstrap molasses cooked in, plus a generous sprinkle of coconut on top. I'm craving SWEET in the morning lately.

Banana with some of the (new-ish) Earth balance Coconut Peanut Spread. Basically, its peanut butter + coconut.

Pretty good on a banana!

a small bowl of miso soup featuring tofu, squash, kale and wakame, following by a big green smoothie with kale, banana, strawberries, hemp protein and a bit of flax. Green smoothies alone don't keep me full for very long, but this breakfast kept me going all morning.

I'm having the chocolate chip banana muffins from the Veg. Times Everything Vegan cookbook for breakfast all this week. They are so yummy!

Tofu scramble with onions, peppers, sausage, salsa, and topped with a cashew cheese sauce. It was super good.

Epic brunch of miso soup with tofu/kale/squash/etc, cardamom-date breakfast quinoa, and steamed squash with a tahini-molasses sauce. I'm pretty sure it'll keep me full until dinner.

This morning instead of heading off to the gym I had to head in early to work, I figured I would reward myself with a good breakfast so I made a big bowl of oatmeal with bananas, blueberries, almond milk and some grapenuts (so good on top of oatmeal add an nice crunch).
