It finally arrived in my mailbox today. Wow! I can't wait to make the chocolate peppermint bars this weekend. Work really gets in the way of all my hobbies!! The book is beautiful.

I definitely need to get this book, I'll have to add it to my already long list of cookbooks on my Christmas list.

I just got this book a couple of days ago. I love it and have already decided which recipes to make. The first one will be the Cashew Butter Chocolate Chip cookies.

I asked Kelly for the recipe for her banana cookies a while back and I've made them a bunch of times since then. They are SO good. The only truly chewy banana cookie I've ever had!

I've been almost running home from work everyday to check the mail and see if my copy is here yet. It hasn't arrived yet, so I think Australia Post are getting a stern talking to for not raising this as a priority, as they should.

Picked up a copy yesterday, but it stayed at my non-veg best friends house. We both went looking for cookie books, she didn't like the one she was looking at, but saw mine later and started ooing and ahhing over it, so it's staying with her for a few days. Can't wait to make a bunch of them, they all looked beautiful and yummy.

This is one of the nicest quality books I own. The binding and paper the publisher used are super high quality. Of course, Kelly and Drake are completely adorable. I love books with lots of pictures. I have made two versions of the hypnosis cookies recently. We used them for a Nutcracker themed tea. I made over 200 minis!
I was a very lame tester in the beginning. I don't remember a lot of the ones I tested, but I do remember that I really liked the candy cane cookies. I will be making a lot more in the next couple of weeks and plan to do a book review on my blog before the end of MOFO.

As I said somewhere else, it makes me want to lick the pages (and right now, my computer screen)!! More vegan cookies for everyone. It might even result in world peace (or at least world sugar coma).

The last thing I need is a cookbook dedicated solely to sweets but I just ordered it along with 100 Best Vegan Baking Recipes. According to Amazon, those chocolate mint bars will be in my mouth by December 4. I really need to stay out of the cookbook forum. But hey, I can't not support a PPKer, right?

The apple date bars are my favorite cookies in the entire world. Along with the almond kisses. I'm about to drive to the coop to pick up sugar so I can make the sugar cookies. The recipe can be tweaked just a touch to make kringla that rival my grandma's.
Oh and I completely wooed my partner with the chai snickerdoodles.

I have my first batch of hypnosis cookie dough in the freezer right now, ready to be sliced and baked! Pretty surprised that the hard part is out of the way and I haven't managed to ruin it somehow yet.

The first thing I made was the PB chocolate chip cookies. They were wonderful! I want to make everything from that book. It all sounds so good.
