I'm in love with Vegan Eats World! The Tart Tatin was amazing even though we cheated and used leftover store-bought pastry that we got to make quick mince pies instead of the olive oil crust...  We looooved the Gyros, they were super fun to put together.  We've made quite a bit from it now & I have to say we've loved everything we've tried so far. Recently a new cinema, Duke's at Komedia, opened in Brighton and they have loads of great vegan options including this epic hot dawg.  Aside from cooking loads from VEW and eating out I've been baking cupcakes for a cafe around the corner from my house. Black Forest Gateaux...  ...and Speculoos!  If you live near Brighton I'll be selling these at Veg Fest on March 16th!
