This was fun. I stopped dieting a couple of years ago - decided to be a happy and rounder vegan - and today Ginny Messina (The Vegan RD) and I write about skipping a January diet....and eating this loaf of bread! ... on Our Hen House.

Looks great, walnuts are always good in banana bread. So are chocolate chips.
