Her nails are amazing, like in general, they're so neat and perfect, the leopard mani looks like nail stickers! I want my nails to look like that.

And now I'm looking at nail art thanks to her site and wanting to buy lots of stuff... does anyone know if the Mash nail art brushes are man-made? I've sent them a query, but just in case anyone knows, I thought I'd ask here. I have some Furless brushes but there's one particular brush she recommends and I WANT IT!

Yep! I can't wear just white, but it makes a great base for nail art

i'm not wearing any but love almost all of the manis in this post at chalkboardnails! and as i posted in the polish brands thread, i emailed and received an immediate answer that all polishes are cruelty-free.

yay for indie options! i'm also waiting for a response from serum no. 5.

Hmm.. for international postage they say they will only put nail polish on the customs form but they don't say if they have permission to post dangerous goods which all companies are meant to have... I wonder if they'd get confiscated :/

Jojo - I like those little gold flakes, and the green is lovely, too

Calcy - Slapper looks nice swatched, it's a bit watery, so is Sprog, compared with Trout Pout which is really opaque and thick.

I heard back from Mash Nails - their brushes are synthetic! I just ordered this set, plus the dotting tool set and the bamboo cuticle sticks.

I've never heard of LVX either

Here's what I did last night - for the green hill nails: 1 coat of Sinful Colors Mint Apple. Then I sponged on L.A Colors Color Craze Shock (there are two versions with the same code, one is orangey and the other is yellow, I used the yellow and went over it with the orange). On the tips I sponged on Zoya Suvi. I dotted on Couleur Caramel White then went over the dots with L.A Colors Color Craze Force and Zoya Caitlin. Then I stuck on a few diamantes.

For the tattoo nails I used L.A Colors Color Craze Force (the orangey version) then stamped used Orly Liquid Vinyl and KIP M21

OMG Kitteh, so gorgeous!!

Like everyone else I've been kind of obsessed with Chalkboard nails since they were linked upthread. I just tried a fishtail mani, and it turned out pretty good for someone who hasn't really done much nail art before.

Here's a picture... (I should have done some cleanup) I used Zoya Purity, Carey, Kelly, and Raven.
