Guys.
I am 99.9% certain my crush likes me back. He told me so. I am assuming this is what he means by saying "I like you. I thought you should know." BUT he lives in London and I live in various parts of the US. BUT I am going to go stay with him for 10 days in March AND I am planning on doing a MA in medieval studies in the UK. Ahhhhh. I swear I have asked people out in the past why so awkward.
P.S. now that I have told the PPK this is officially a real thing.

My crush is coming over tonight.
I spent last night in bed vomiting but I am so happy I'm feeling better now because 1) vomiting sucks and 2) I would have had to cancel.

Hah. That is awesome and reminded me that I should bring my toothbrush. Good tooth hygiene and booo morning breath!

I have such a huge crush on one of our teachers at work. It's steadily grown and it's totally unrequited and just a face value crush, but hot damn he's cute and funny. And plays upright bass. He's also probably ten years older than me. But it makes for some Good Fridays.
Hah! The capitalization was all autocorrect.

Hah! The capitalization was all autocorrect. Just a heads up- many of my friends (friends from HS) went to a small lib arts college and majored in English. Dr D was their fave and they alllll had some level of crush. One person was particularly insistent on her crush. She pretty much spent 4 years of college hanging out in his office wooing him. They have now been together nearly 10 years. Supposedly they waited til she graduated. She was always pretty sure about getting what she wanted in regards to relationships too. She dated my hs bf after we broke up, and I'm not 100% sure she didn't get it on with my bf before we broke up, but its ok. I mean, I'm glad someone could make him happy after he got broken up with because I was a lesbian...

Success! Have acquired a Thing with Cute Boy. We have yet to define what constitutes a Thing, but it exists, so there you go. We will work further to define it when I visit in March and there will be maybe dating and things. But for now we are calling it a Thing. (can one still have a crush on someone with whom there is a Thing?)

I really want to see work crush but I sound like Mush Mouth when I talk. So I am confined to texting. All this free time- unusable!

He's flirting back and always makes a point to come up to me and ask for things or talk to me after his lessons. (I work in a music store, so it's not like he's a professor and I'm a student! Just coworkers.) However, I've got a boyfriend! This is just a giggly-happy-tonguetied crush. But...God forbid we break up...I'm comin' for ya. ;)

gaaaaah I'm so nervous though.
I have pretty much only ever dated girls who have aggressively pursued me and obviously this is not happening with her.
I have never made a first move EVER. Once I went in for a kiss first but only after that person put their hand on my thigh.

Work crush said he likes me very much. I said I liked him too and we continued our text conversation about our favorite animals. I kinda wanted to ask, Hey Arnold style, whether he liked me or like-liked me.

ok guys i did it.
She just left a few minutes ago (yeah it's 5:30am here we were just hanging out talking forever) and when she was getting ready to go I very smoothly said "Ummm can I kiss you like is that something I can do I don't even know" and she said yeah and then I laughed awkwardly a lot and then kissed her and then i think laughed awkwardly while kissing her. Sooo. Progress?
