both recipes from Vegan Brunch. i NEVER thought i'd make either of these! they always seem so hard but they were both pretty easy. (slightly more time consuming than grabbing a dozen from the bakery lol)

but both recipes were AMAZING. i even brought an english muffin to an omni coworker who told me he eats an english muffin for breakfast every single morning. and he said it was aweeeesommmmme!

I've experimented with English muffins, but never tried making bagels yet. Yours all look great!

Awesome! I made bagels once & I was super surprised at how easy they were, I don't think they looked as good as yours though!
