It's because of anemia, and that has been addressed as well as it can be right now, but what do you do (if anything?) to cover up dark circles under the eyes? I really don't wear a lot of makeup, nor do I want to, but I'm starting to get far too many "wow, you must be tired" comments from coworkers.

Now I just use a basic powder compact, but maybe you have some suggestions (other than eating well and supplementing...which are in the works)?

I really like Physician's Formula concealer patted with a finger then covered lightly with powder.

I used to use it back in the days of embarrassing hickeys in visible places...

^^ the PF liquid or stick concealer? i have the concealer twins liquid with the yellow formula that's supposed to be especially for dark circles, but it does almost nothing for my sinky cadaver eyes, aside from highlight their wrinkles. my skin is pale, though, so i tend to use the yellow bit on its own, because the flesh-toned half is too dark/orange on my skin. maybe i'm just rubbish at makeup.

I have some serious zombie eyes lately as well! I actually overheard my neighbor asking my mom if I was tired. I cover it up by wearing my glasses.

The stick. In my experience those yellow/blue/green ones are rubbish. I've also used liquid foundation applied like concealer in a pinch.

And I'm also pale and use the lightest colour of the concealer stick.

Where do you get that? Is it pricey?

London Drugs is the cheapest I've found. You can usually get a mini "travel/sampler" one for probably $5. And I've had that one for a length of time that would make anyone concerned with make-up hygiene blanche.

I like yellow mineral corrector powder, but it matches my skin's undertones, so the colour doesn't look weird on me.

I use this for pretty much anything that needs covering; it stays on all day, and blends very well, especially if you use an eye cream.
