I'm going to make seitan breakfast sausages tonight and I'm looking for a little guidance. I'm planning on using the breakfast sausage spice combo on this page: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=3799&hilit=sausage+variation

I've made the smoky maple sausages before. Since I'm using different spices this time, should I base it on the smoky maple sausages or the PPK Italian sausage recipe?

Sorry, I didn't notice Vegan Dad's recipe when I posted this! I'll just use that.
