Hi ppk-ppl! I come on this forum aaaaall the time for ideas of stuff to eat, but I never share my cooking with you. This feels very selfish, so I thought I'd share some pics from my blog ( http://veganflick.wordpress.com/). I haven't updated in a while so these are all things I've made since last April, but when I get round to posting some new items I will remember to share them here too :) I tend not to post recipes as I am quite lazy (and so is my cooking style) but if you want a recipe just ask! chocolate and walnut brownies with Cointreau cream cheese frosting: Green vegetable risotto with roasted pumpkin: Chestnut mushroom pizza with soy mozzarella and garlic and herb soy cream cheese Asparagus and artichoke fritatta from VWAV: Tofu scramble: Tofu katsu curry:

Wow, that scramble looks so eggy. Did you add vegg or liquied to get it that runy texture?

Thanks :) I did use Vegg for the scramble, and Vitalite margarine (I don't know if this is sold outside of uk). I also found that if you're making a scramble and you don't dry the tofu completely, you can sprinkle some Vegg straight into the pan and mix it in, no need to blend!

That's a beautiful scram! It reminds me of one that I used to WORSHIP at a little cafe near me that went out of business. So light and fluffy and moist and flavorful. I keep experimenting with my scram to get it just right, but I'm still not there yet. Yours looks lovely! (It all does, of course, that just stood out for me.)
