I lost my Vienna pin three months ago and I have pined ever since! It had been on my bag since the meetup, and now every time I pass by the street where I lost it (I actually heard it fall and couldn't find it again even with the help of 4 passers by) I look around... useless, I know, but I can't resign myself to its loss. /sad Anek

Sort of! We'll be in the EU between 13th-14th of October and 25th-26th of October. Still haven't figured out which days we'll be in what city, but the order of events will be:
Berlin
Prague (this is a maybe, depends on how we travel between Berlin and Vienna, I guess)
Vienna
Budapest (and a trip to Siofok to see family...groan)

With more time being allotted for Berlin and Vienna, and less time in Prague/Budapest. I'll post as soon as I know an exact itinerary! eeee!

K dudes, the rough draft of the itinerary (subject to change once we start planning what we're gonna do/see/eat) for us is as follows:

Berlin - 14-17 (likely arriving the evening of 13 - though the 14th is gonna be a quiet, jetlaggy day where we don't do a whole lot except eat)
Prague - 18-19
Vienna - 20-23 (20 will be travelling to Vienna from Prague)
Budapest - 24-25

Whirlwind!

I'm not sure I'll be back from San Francisco when you're in Berlin but the Vienna dates look pretty promising! Exciting!

Unless my ETW schedule changes dramatically, I don't think Vienna's possible. Berlin depends on my teaching schedule -- but I am hopeful! And would love to rock out with you and everyone else (and all the nomy vegan noms).

Wheeeeee! My holiday year at works starts again 1st Oct, so yay!!! ALL THE THINGS! Well, one of them, monetarily speaking...
It's twenty quid difference between Berlin and Vienna for me. Is Ruby Rose worth the extra, that's what I'm wondering... ;)

I'd have to fly via Amsterdam either way though, so that's a wee bugger in itself*

*coughVegEriccough*, don't suppose you're planning on car driving at all...? ;)

We ate there when bazu, inceptisol, designedtobekind & I went to Budapest! It was awesome, I had an amazing three cheese pizza and the cakes were ridiculously good.

I haven't decided yet whether I'm going to one or both, and if I do both, if I'll do both by car or one by car and one by motorcycle

I may be able to meet up somewhere depending on when our fall holiday is at school. My bf and I went to Berlin this past October, so not sure we'll do it again, but maybe one of the other cities! It's a long way off for me ;)

An all vegan ice cream parlor is opening its doors here in late May. Hope it'll still be open in fall!
