Btw, a friend of mine is a new vegan in Montreal and interested in knowing more about home births or assisted births in Montreal. Do you have any resources? I told her to check out this board too, because everyone is so informative and sweet here.

Ah, I love every kid in this thread. Every little person here is priceless.

The cake in the picture was a store bought mini vegan carrot cake... I was recovering from mastitis and was still too sick to bake him one myself. It was a TERRIBLE cake with this horrible unsweetened silken tofu-y frosting, and M wisely ate almost none of it. (He'll get better cake, made by me, at his birthday party!)

Funny you mention the name Moses... hubby's name is Moisés, which translates to Moses in english haha :p

I love this thread! Everyone's kids are just so adorable!

Z is crawling everywhere now! I can set him up to play with some toys in the dining room (where there's actually floor space, but I see him easily from the kitchen three feet away), and he'll appear under my feet not long after I've put him on the floor. So cute!
