This is how I feel! I had a horrible week of too much work! Too much unenjoyable work!

Just sitting in front of the TV, PPKing, too tired to do much else tonight.

Holy hell, that was cold and miserable. But it's done. Happy Friday to me!

^ My sister's doing sprints and runs and exercises like you describe with her running group she said she's notice her fitness level has really increased in a very brief period from such intense training.

i'm so tired from a very long week. i have some laundry to fold and the bathroom painting project to (finally!!) finish. it all seems like a gargantuan task, though, so i'm wondering if wine will help...

this friday is the same as last friday, only worse, because today i really want to go outside and play in the snow, and i can't. I HATE YOU BOOK.

my big plans for the evening include going to the gym, doing laundry, and making peanut butter toast. in reverse order.

(this is of course, after a day entirely filled with netflix and crying because my class was canceled and I am emotionally unstable, obvs)

I'm downloading a new Sims game and eating beans and rice.

Nothing like a relaxing night in spent panicking over a failing logic board.

I'm making chocolate muffins to take to my friend's house. I'm pretty sure we're just going to drink tea and maybe watch a movie. Goin' nuts over here!

I am knitting, listening to This American Life, and waiting around while the dishwasher is repaired.

I just got off the phone with my mom. I'm supposed to swim, but that hasn't really been happening lately so why change that now? I've been out the last two evenings so, like, Amos needs his mom to be home tonight, right? I'm thinking of making hash browns.

Watching star trek, sewing together granny squares into a blanket because it's freeeezing out and just took a loaf of bread out of the oven.

Chinese food with kid, hot bath, and reading internet.

Eating the wheat free chocolate chip cookies from VCON, while watching Top Gear with my cat. Crazy cat lady in training over here, woot.

Wrote a new constitution for my veg group at school. I know how to have a good time.

Ate burgers and watched conspiracy theory DVDS about aliens.

Went swimming! But not monkeytoes-style athletic swimming. My friend and I just waded around in this awesome whirlpool they have for two hours bisqueing about work. Then I went on a water slide and smashed the back of my head. Worth it!

Had dinner with my mom at a vegetarian restaurant than spen the rest of the evening hanging out at crush's apartment, we t to sleep fairly early.

Last night I ended up picking up a shift for a friend, so I worked until about 8. . . then came home and caught up on The Office and 30 Rock while eating ramen noodles. Some friends invited me to play Cards Against Humanity (apparently it's similar to Apples to Apples but more entertaining? I dunno. . . ) but it was cold out and I was feeling hermity. So I ended up just watching reruns of Parks and Recreation on Netflix while drinking chocolate peppermint soymilk.

Bought some $2 movies at the used bookstore today (Edward Scissorhands! Little Miss Sunshine! Garden State!) and some Lucy's cookies at the discount grocery store, so my wild 'n' crazy Saturday night will probably involve both. Right now I'm in a listening to the Sufjan Stevens Christmas album, even though it's January and I don't even celebrate Christmas in December. I'm in a recliner with my cat! The neighbors will probably call the cops soon.

I'm actually going out and having a social life. Who am I?? My friends decided to go to dinner and karaoke at a place that actually has vegan food and someone is giving me a ride so I don't have to drive into the city, sooooo I guess that means I'm going!

Gonna make some pizza at home, get my kids in bed and then knit and/or fall asleep on the couch. Oh yes.

this was supposed to be my first weekend off in about a month, but somehow i have more work than ever. i know i should be grateful, because freelancing can go the other way so easily (and still could any second), but i'm so tired! i got a bunch of quay brothers DVDs for christmas, and it's killing me that i haven't been able to watch them. all i want to do is stick a straw in a bottle of chartreuse and crawl under a dozen blankets and watch some creepy dolls lurch around in a crumbling industrial space. but i will be working until i can't quite see, again.

just got back from dinner w/ a couple friends, so i guess that's kind of wild n' crazy, right?

i'm about to make some carrot cake cupcakes for a friend's baby shower tomorrow. i guess i should text my friend and ask her not to tell her guests that they're vegan cupcakes.... this is rural TN after all.
