^I saw that gif on tumblr and looked the anime up, and watched the entire thing in one night :x Its probably the best romance anime show I've seen.

The Monster Seated Next To Me. Its pretty similar to Say I Love You, but in my humble opinion more funny and more self aware of its own silliness. If you're ever in the mood for fluff, I recommend it.
