My stomach is feeling weird so I had a Vega, soy yogurt, soy milk, and blueberry smoothie; and a couple of pappadums. Which sounds super lame but I'm glad I ate something nutritious (the smoothie) instead of just crepe like I usually do when I'm not feeling well.

savory baked tofu, avocado and tomato with sriracha mayo sandwich (whole wheat toasted bread). with some sweet potato pop chips!

First time making tatchos! TJ's tots, steamed collards, sauteed mushrooms, and Vcon cheezy sauce.

I have not had tatchos in awhile...

Tonight is beer battered tofu tacos with sriracha slaw and red rice on the side!

Pasta, broccoli and peas in a cheeze sauce.

Leftover quinoa pilaf-y thing, plus sauteed broccoli. I will probably pour marinara sauce (from a jar, naturally) over the whole thing.

The Arabian lentil rice soup from afr, after reading all the rave reviews. Hope it tastes as good as everyone says.

giant kale salad with parsley, black beans, tomato, avo, sunflower seeds, cashews, and nooch. ahhhh amazing

Smoky soy curls from vegan diner on top of an arugula, kalamata olive, zucchini, caper, sundried tomato salad. With ranch dressing mixed with a little vinegar.

Baked tofu cubes that have been in a marinade all week of IPA, soy sauce, dried herbs, liquid smoke, nooch and who remembers what else, steamed kale, quinoa, hot sauce and even more nooch. Clean out the fridge!

Tempeh Reubens from VWAV. I have yet to move on from that cookbook after 6 years.

A pick up order of crispy tofu bahn mi's with veganaise from Dinosaurs!

Tonight's going to be salad with the leftover veggies in my fridge and a bowl of miso soup.

Gah! So jealous!

We have fried tempeh in a spicy coconut-pineapple sauce with crispy kale and steamed broccoli. Not bad.

vegetable korma with basmati rice and potato parathas that we bought at an indian market this weekend! I'm pretty stoked about this dinner.

and omg, i just realized i forgot to get green beans and peas at the store earlier! duh!

Deconstructed mujadarra. I cooked the rice and lentils separately and then mixed them on my plate with the onions. It was really good and the texture was more palatable.

Pakistani potato chickpea curry and basmati rice. I am relieved for a tofu-less meal.

I think I'm going to make the broccoli curry udon when I get home, only with linguine because I have no udon noodles.

bbq pizza w/ pineapple, red onions, and a cashew cream.

the bbq sauce came from candle cafe and it was GREAT. the cashew cream i just kinda threw together

Shepard's Pie with lentils and topped with sweet potatoes. It was delicious.
