I did some beer battered tofu tacos the other night topped with sriracha-slaw. The beer batter was not being nice and sliding of some of the tofu. Sorry for the messy pile of food. Messy but tasty right?



Moco-loco - minus the fried egg. Next time I might have to try that new vegan egg thing - however it scares me a bit. The patties are black bean burger patties I made...White basmati and then some golden gravy.

Those tacos look good to me! And this from a guy whose been eating tacos for dinner pretty much a week straight. Cept mine were much simpler. Had to google what moco loco was, but it looks tasty!

I only know about moco-loco because I watch way to much Food Network!

i sort of hoped "beer battered tacos" would be whole tacos dipped in batter and then deep fried. but these look good, too.
