inspired by poopiebitch's amazing neapolitan cake (and with some advice from PB!) I made these for my birthday. Pardon the crappy cell phone pic. I'm pretty happy with how these came out.

totally ate a cupcake last night and totally didn't freeze any, so the whole batch will be gone after dinner tonight. I really like the super fakey strawberry taste of strawberry flavoring. Tastes just like box cake!
