okay so i've looked online and cant find anything helpful. im looking for the basic formulation for different recipes. like in general, how much Dry to Wet would i need for a good fluffy bread??? i already have one that is amazing but im just wondering so i can come up with my own from scratch instead of tweaking and revising someone elses or going through a ton of trial and error. this isn't just a question for bread, this includes everything. am i making sense?? lol

There are some good science of baking books out there and I've also looked up that stuff online by searching for baking ratios. However, I don't think it's a bad thing to use a recipe that you like as a starting point.
