I just realized that almost everything I have made recently has been doused in sriracha. I am finding a way to put it on everything! Spicy Vegan Scallop Roll with IKEA caviar (king oyster mushroom stem)  Sriracha-Cashew Kale Chips  Vegan Reuben with Sriracha-Vegenaise dressing  Sriracha Soy Curl buffalo wings  Whisky-Sriracha Candy! (recipe/method not posted yet)

I have been having that same "problem" too: I'm happily Siracha-addicted.
