Yeah, I'm not joking about them being amazing. Omni boyfriend won't shut up about them. And I've had to hide them from myself in a cupboard under a pile of stuff as am trying really hard to save just six of them to take to a friend's house tomorrow.

I'm glad you like them, but they're actually Garrick's recipe - he sent them to me in a cookie swap and I asked him if I could print the recipe.

What is the texture of these cookies like? Soft, cakey, chewy, crispy, crunchy? I'm really particular about my chocolate chip cookie texture. They look delightful.
