Fries Quatro Queso Dos Fritos

Has anyone tried making a vegan version of these? I'm not usually one to do the whole veganize crazy foods thing, but damn if I don't want to try to make these - maybe for the Psych premier later this month. If you don't know what I'm talking about, well, I'm sorry for you and we could probably never be friends.

I just got hooked on Psych on Netflix. Such a good show.

I don't know what Psych is or have a deep fryer! But fried cheeze sounds nice!

Yeah, they don't actually exist in real life, except what fans have made and posted online (like the one missmuffcake linked). I don't have a deep fryer either, but I figured I could just do it in a pot. Although in reality, I would probably cheat and parboil the potatoes first (as suggested by Shawn in that episode, AHEM), and only fry them once. And not use four cheeses. And bread them rather than batter. Okay, so they wouldn't be authentic, but I bet they would still be delicious!!

I can't believe how many people don't watch Psych! You all need to get Netflix and spend every waking moment watching until you are caught up with all six seasons, and then be sad because there is no more.

Haha, that is so great. I can totally hear him saying that. I do love Gus (and hot damn is he nice to look at), but I guess I prefer the crazy.

Season 7 starts soon, like two days! I don't know how long it takes to get to hulu, though.

Every Twin Peaks fan should watch the episode 'Dual Spires', I made Brian watch it with me and even with never seeing the rest of the show, he thought it was really funny.

We'll have to wait until Netflix gets it or I break down and buy it (we own seasons 1-6). Season 6 is so good... the scary condo episode is awesome.

And I think that part made me fall in love with Gus even more because it was obvious he didn't have time to get the costume with his name on it so he must've had it prior. I love a man who is always prepared for some ghost busting.

We can deep fry on the fire! A bottle of oil, kept in a pot allllll the time over the fire, so we can' whenever we want, try frying something we have never yet fried.
