Happy Pancake Tuesday.

Can anyone recommend a good pancake (crepe style) recipe? To have with lemon juice and sugar, so not savoury.

Thanks!

I haven't made it so can't vouch for it, however Vegan YumYum has this recipe - http://veganyumyum.com/2009/03/spring-crepes-three-ways/

I'm not sure if we're having pancakes tonight but if we do I think they'll be non-conventional Pancake Day pancakes, such as socca.

I'mma let you finish, but the V'con crepes are the best crepes in the history of crepes.

I lived in Paris and loved crepes pregan and missed them. But then we found these are they are amazing. So eggy! So delicious! So perfect in every way. Except that the recipe doesn't make enough for 2 people who love crepes to the point of madness. My husband is omni and a master creper, and these are his favorite crepes too.

This thread makes me want Crepes Suzette. They were my plan for V-day but maybe they have to happen tonight.

Yeah, the V'con/Vegan Brunch crêpes are perfect for pancake day. I'll be rustling up a batch later. Just got my mitts on some kosher fake Nutella too, so I'm getting ready to gorge myself...

Now I need to quickly come up with something to give up for Lent to justify the splurge tonight...

i'm obviously a bit late, but i wanted to show some love for the English pancake recipe in Another Dinner Is Possible. we made them tonight and, while i've never had English-style pancakes before, i was very pleased with them and will definitely be making them again.
