I'm still watching. I was busy this Monday, so I just watched this week's episode now.

I thought it was funny that Toby thought Bay hooked up with Zara...

I do not think Travis is as evil as they are trying to make him out to be or trying to set him up to be. I think he has some issues but he is also a teen.

I didn't think it was funny exactly, weren't we all expecting them to hook up? There was an overwhelming amount of sexual tension. It seemed like her parents thought they were hooking up too, considering their plan to distract her from Zara involved someone she used to date, not another friend.

I meant it was all funny because we saw it yet nothing happened. What even happened to Zara?

Now that we know whatsherface is into girls...that was too many gay references for one episode for nothing to happen! Bay totally pings.

I feel bad for Travis, but also Daphne shouldn't have to deal with a bf with anger issues if she doesn't want to.

Did you know that Zoey Deutch, the girl who made out with Toby, is Lea Thompson's daughter? I totally knew she was the daughter of the other candidate as soon as she mentioned hating her politics.

I figured that out to! I wonder where this will go? I like her better than the militant christian girl.

I felt that Daphne could have not gotten involved with Travis to begin with. There was signs from the beginning that he had problems.

I missed the last 5 minutes of the ep. but feel I have it in the bag...

I think one of the reasons I love this show is Daphne is the SPITTING IMAGE of one of my dear friends. In every way. It's really weird. And I'm editing to say, a friend who lives far away and I hardly see.

Watching a random episode of CSI and one of the girls looks very familiar. Then a guy came on screen, and it was Toby - which made me realize that the girl I was trying to place is Nikki! So they had one episode of TV together in 2010 before their story arc on Switched at Birth. I love silly little things like that.

Ya know, I can't even figure out if S@B is even on TV here in Portland. I checked the local ABC listings and nada. I always have to stream it. Anyone else?

It's on ABC Family, which is a channel I don't get with my basic cable package. I watch it on hulu.

I stand by what I said pages ago- Bay really does get the short end of the stick. How entirely screwed up of Regina.

Both regina and katherine were pretty messed up this episode. It sucks that katherine can't realize that she needs to try to see past her privilege.

I cannot stand Regina right now...

i liked that the show was all in asl! i feel bad for bay - really trying and not being accepted. i saw the Daphne & Noah thing coming, i don't think that was just a rehearsal kiss.

that was a great episode! i agree with bay that daphne shoulda stood up for her, but also, it really IS about more than just bay and daphne. really good stuff and I totally learned some more signs. I took ASL in high school and I still remember some stuff and I can still finger spell, so watching the show has been great in that respect!

I do think it more than just them but I feel that Noah and Bay do kinda belong there and for Travis to be all angry and Daphne like 'so what' sucks. It is not like they are some strangers off the street thinking ASL is the new hipster thing to do.

I find it odd that Regina is okay with texting - no pain, but cannot throw out even a sign or two...

ugh yeah, regina! she's so screwed up right now. is the gradma ever coming back? they need her!

And yes, I think Bay and Noah belong there. I kind of wish Noah would tell more people that he's going deaf and I also wish he would try ab it harder to fit in and maybe like..apologize to Travis? he started all that shiitake!

Loved the all-asl show. and yes, we must have our drama! Daphne/Noah, Regina sauced, Bay being rejected for being a "hearie." All part of what makes us stay tuned.
PS, The Deafie/Hearie thing - totally true. Deafies love feeling special and unique, and they love having their own cultural identity. And they do tell hearies - all the time - that it's a deaf thing, you just wouldn't get it... in asl, of course. :D sigh... no matter how hard you try, you are just not one of them... Love them, tho! deafies are cool!
(I'm the mother of a hard of hearing daughter, studying asl... so I'm with deafies all the time! and still, not one of them.)

i think that was a lackluster season finale. the only real drama is the baby-mama leaving. i am glad she did because it was shitty people were telling her to keep it...
