Oh, I have! When I was in Austin last year we explicitly went to Wheatsville and I got one to go so I could eat it on the plane back. We also got lucky because someone was selling some Girl Scout Cookies that happened to be vegan, so I picked up some thin mints as well. Win-win!

FYI the recipe for the popcorn tofu makes something like 50 pounds.

Yeah, I'm curious how close this came out, Tuxedo Cat. People have been trying to cut that recipe down to a reasonable size for a long time. It looks amazing.

Who doesn't need 50 pounds of popcorn tofu?

LazySmurf - can we just paypal to the email address listed on your post about the zine?

Yup! Somehow there has been a recent resurgence. If you want to see what the PDF will look like, check out the preview for the color book

Ha ha! Probably in part, because I've been posting my blog pics and info on my FB, Twitter, etc. and I know a couple of people mentioned they were going to get that zine after they read the blogpost.

My husband made the recipe by cutting it down to 1/40th I believe. Knowing him, he probably just got out his calculator or looked up a way to reduce portions online. He doesn't cook much, so the fact that he could do it and still come out amazing is a testament that anyone can probably do it!
