So, who has 'em? I find myself going to the same few places and it seems that not only do more and more and more restaurants offer scrambles, and just maybe, they're getting better.

My go-to is usually Junior's since I live in SE, and I'm into the Migas lately (even if I'm not a big fan of the potatoes, but I hear they're under new ownership, so here's hoping)...

I'm in love with A.N.D. café and their scrambles on top of those divine hashbrown nests. Biscuit on the side. Gravy or hollandaise. All gluten free too, if that's how you roll.

I have only had two scrambles in Portland, but man, the Beardo (or whatever it is) at J.A.M. is great. Actually, it was probably my favorite scramble I've had in quite a while.

I also had the Denver scramble at Vita a while ago, and I recall it was pretty good, though not that memorable.

Who wants to go eat scramble sometime?

I love the make-your-own at Jam. I really like scrambles and peach mimosas at Junior's, but prefer the potato situation at Jam or A.N.D. café:
shreds> chunks.

I love scramble and would eat scramble when I'm back in town after March 3.

At Jam I like the El Paso tofu scramble, sub avocado for cheese.

I lovelovelove A.N.D. Cafe. I have only ever had delicious food there. So I am just liking Molasses Jane's post about that.

I always love the scrambles at Sunday Blow-Low. Their migas made me really happy, their steamed kale is always perfect, and the potatoes were crusty on the outside with creamy centers. So good.

And I would love to eat scramble with you, Jordan!

Seriously, though. A.N.D. swoon.

I'm digging the omelets at Portobello. Migas at Junior's are my regular go-to dish, too!

I want to get my scramble on hardcore

I can't even get to Jam's scrambles because their hashbrowns are raw every time I go there.

Best scramble in town is my husbands', hands down. We eat it for dinner all the time, with fried potatoes. So freaking good. And I always eat way too much of it. No other scramble comes comes close. We have joked about starting a scramble cart. Coffee and scramble, potatoes and oatmeal. Mmmm.

I agree with Julia, the hashbrown situation at Jam is just so hit or miss. It's probably where we brunch the most other than Juniors and Portobello, just because it's so close and I like to build-my-own hash vs a scramble (because I always forget to eat my scramble leftovers).
I also really like their breakfast cocktail options and chai blueberry pancakes, though I wish Portland Roasting Co. coffee was better.

I am totally a sad sack who wants to order everything at A.N.D. but so much of it has treenuts (gravy, almond cheese and pesto in their tofu) that I'm shiitake out of luck there.

That said, I really like the evolution of Portobello's brunch options and tofu egg thingies and their benedict dish. Their gravy is pretty meh white onion city, though.
