Andrea's such a crasshole! And this "war" is the new missing Sophia. GET ON WITH IT. And Rick needs to take a nap.

Yeah, Andrea really sucks. This episode was very season 2. NOTHING HAPPENED!

I wonder if it sucks to play an evil character like the Governor. Like, after being a gross molester on screen, could you go home and sleep with your girlfriend or boyfriend or whatever?

It sucks that the group that was rejected from the prison is going to help the Gov. They seem like nice (just desperate for safety) people.

Also, in one scene I saw Hershel's non-existent foot poking out from behind his leg. Oops!

And I am 99% sure that in the last scene, the Gov's eye patch was on the wrong eye.

That is, unless when we got a good gory look at his eye, we were seeing it from a mirror? In the gross eye scene, it was definitely his left eye. But in bed it was his right eye.

I thought this too!

How is it that Carl is the only one making sense when it comes to Rick's leadership? I want to commend him but I'm still annoyed at him for... well, being generally annoying for the first two seasons. You know who would have been an awesome leader, Carl? DALE. But you had to fork that up for everyone.

i got so excited about hearing a tom waits song in an episode of this show that i forgot to hate andrea, so i had to go back and watch the ending again while paying more attention. i feel more balanced now.

Do you think Andrea still doesn't fully believe that the governor is evil? Despite overwhelming evidence? i loved when michonne said that she picked a warm bed over a friend. BURN!

love is complicated, and sometimes it makes you really stupid and willing to believe in outlandish, impossible things. i don't know how she could love him, but i guess we have to assume that she does. i still want to slap her, though.

Yeah, I think (whoever said) she was under his spell was right. She thinks she can either change him or he's not as bad as everyone says. Kind of like me and my crusty punk boyfriend in 1993 who stole my mom's credit card.

She might be unsure about who is telling her the truth too, since each side has a different story of who started it. She might not be totally sure where her loyalties and trust lie. I can see not totally trusting the prison camp-- she hasn't seen them in a long time, they weren't exactly welcoming to her when she showed up, Rick is obviously nutso, etc., but it's hard to believe she could trust the Gov more, after all the stuff he's pulled.

Our friend thought that about the foot too, but they wrap his foot & leg in green screen stuff. He doesn't just hobble around with his leg up. I wonder what you guys saw though?

There was a scene where he's looking in a mirror that makes it look like his eye patch was on a different eye at some point.

I think it was the scene where Rick was walking away and Hershel hobbled up to him to have some sort of meaningful talk about something or other... just in case anyone wants to try to find it. Sorry, I can't be more descriptive.

The eye scene I'm thinking of is the first scene that I remember him putting the eye patch on. Until this scene, I only remember him wearing a bandage. He takes the bandage off and his eye is just a mess. Then someone knocks on the door and he puts the patch on. I don't remember any fancy camera action that insinuated that he was looking into a mirror-- but I totally could have missed something.

I think it was implied, like he was sort of looking towards the camera and I guess you're meant to think that that was the mirror. Unless he just sits there taking off his bandage and staring intently at nothing. He's a pretty weird guy, so it's possible I guess.
