Four minutes of clubbell shoulder exercises. Four sets of the following; six 12kg snatches on each arm, 1 min skipping, six 16kg double cleans, 1 min skipping. 40kg front squats, 27.5kg military press, 16kg bent over row, 32kg kettlebell swings in sets of 6, 4, 4 then 2. 4 mins boxing.

8.5km run. I ran home from work today and it was wonderful. The straight route is only about 3miles, so I extending it a little more and it was great. A perfect end to the workday.

40 minute interval run on treadmill. It was so exhausting. When I came home I just ate lunch, showered and went to sleep for 1,5 hours.

Great motivator to run faster/further tho! Today was 15 minutes aerobics, 25 minutes run at lunchtime.

today was my day off, so... yoga class in the AM (it's an easy one that's mostly stretching) 3 mi walk w/ the dog 2500 yard swim (trying to work up to 3k/day) flow yoga class in the evening
great day off!!

Modified Stadium tour (snow still covering parts of each section), 40 sections (=probably somewhere around 34 ish sections in reality).
