Yaaaaaaay! I was excited to see Alien's Day Out on the list. Not that that's my blog or anything, I just feel like there are more and more websites about people trying to be vegan in Korea popping up lately, and that one is particularly interesting.

Also, re-purposing non-vegan utensils? Hell yeah.

Yes, her blog is so great! I went through a period where I totally convinced myself I was moving to Korea to teach English (which did not happen), and started doing obsessive research, and her blog was such a great resource.

Thanks! Too bad this thread isn't 5 pages long.

It will be when I am done making a comment about every one of your 99 entries. Ain't got time to chat about the negative when there's Capital City Bakery to celebrate (#75). Samoa cake!

Oh man! A co-worker just went to Austin for a wedding, and I was so jealous! I need to go there and eat all of the things! Especially from Capital City Bakery.

I had three Capital City cupcakes when I was there! And my omni friend bought a couple too (she was on an all-cupcake tour of Austin.) Delish.

I am preparing my bribes to get some goods flown in with the Austin contingent coming to Vida in May.

so, jetsetter.com has pretty nice rooms at wynn and encore for $150/night right now if anyone is looking to cross #13 off their list. I've stayed at the encore before and it's magical to walk into any restaurant in the place and eat something awesome (breakfast pizza with sausage and scramble, french toast, milkshakes, beets with cashew cheese, sushi, and all the fake meat you would ever want). Also, the pool staff bring you grapes for afternoon snack.

But now I'm imaging some kind of fantastic in-person Vida Vegan Con swap stock-exchange style. Cap City Cupcakes now trading 2:1 for Upton's Natural Bacon!

I love the kitchen hacks (the onion one, lemon, and seeds in the garlic press). We need this to be a thread, or a YouTube channel.

I was going to propose homemade biscuits and gravy. Or possibly my award winning agave spice cookies with orange glaze.
