I did a bunch of stuff last week but today I tried crossfit for the first time. I was terrified but I loved it.
I did have difficulty walking out of the gym.

It's been really busy, as it always seems to be when it is coming up to the end of term. So been struggling to squeeze exercise in & keep motivated.
Friday Body Balance class.
Saturday An hour walk.
Sunday An hour ride.
Monday An hour run & 15 minutes aerobics.

Last night was Day 23 of The Streak. But it was another workout (partially) derailed by low blood sugar. Tested before the workout on the low side. Ate and drank. Started the workout. Tested at the 25-minute mark. Definitely too low to continue.

(Of course, a couple hours later my blood sugar was too high. They told me diabetes would be fun!)

Today: will be either a 20-minute or 45-minute Zumba dvd, depending on how I'm feeling

Weights and a little cardio. But it was my second "calorie-surplus" workout in a row. (Blood sugar too low when starting, had to drink/eat, probably didn't burn as many calories working out as I did to enable me to work out.) But the Streak continues.

Thirty 16kg glute raises.
Four rounds of six 12kg snatches on each arm, one minute skipping, six 16kg double cleans, one minute skipping.
16kg double kettlebell swings.
Military press with 20kg and 25kg.
45kg back squats.
16kg bent over rows.

I'm out of practice at the moment and ache already.
