What are your favorite free fitness apps for your smartphone? Preferably for Android.

What are you looking for? Something that tells you what to do, or something that keeps track of what you've done?

I'm not really sure. I just wanted to see what everyone else is using because I'm curious.

I use Stronglifts 5x5 for powerlifting and C25K for running. Oh, and fitocracy, sometimes, to log stuff and connect with others.

I use My Tracks and Track2Miles (both for android) which tracks where I walk/cycle around the neighborhood using the GPS. It keeps a little map of how far I go, where I walk, etc. Then I'm able to upload it to Daily Miles (http://www.dailymiles.com) online to keep track of everything!

I use Endomondo; I like it because it syncs with MyFitnessPal which is where I track my food. Technically I could do it all on MFP, but I can upload stuff from my Garmin to Endomondo, so I can keep track of my running (mileage and speed) and heart rate and whatnot.
