Hey Mr. Shankly, sorry you're having so much stress! This may not be an issue for you, but when I'm having stress nausea, I often feel sick at trying to make myself eat when I "should". It helps me to stop and remember that no one is forcing me to eat a certain amount or at a certain time and that I can decide to eat when I'm ready, which is usually a few minutes after taking a mental break.
