We don't eat meals on this table, but there's not much light by the dining room table: Garlickly jalapeno cheese grit (AVC variation on that cheese), pesto & white miso roasted cauliflower, crispy kale raab & hot sauce

Ridiculous scenario, tasty food: chicken-fried seitan, maple mustard roasted brussel sprouts, baked grit cake, red hot tahini and uh, the kale-potato puree experiment
