I can believe no one's done this all ready! Ask questions about it, brag about it, lament about it when it's not happening... do it all here.
You can't polish a turd but you can worship at the throne of the healthy Oprah poop <3
I did three days worth of food in one poop this morning, it was outstanding! It pinched out flawlessly with minimum effort, no odour and was both resting on the back/bottom of the bowl and poking out of the water! O.O

that sounds beautiful! you are a poop artiste! there isn't much in this world that i love as much as a good poop. it's the best side effect of being vegan. i read the comments on a dr. oz article about the ideal s shaped poop and they were all like "i've never pooped like that! how is that even possible?" it truly makes me sad for those who think that a time consuming poopathon resulting in painful little pebbles is the norm.

When one of my sons (I won't say which) was little and he would poop in his little potty, he would stand and turn to examine it to decide what it looked like. Poop Rorschach.

Best Vegan benefit ever. Healthy regular poos are wicked awesome!
How many times a day does everyone poo? Sometimes I am three, but at least two. The hubbie thinks it's crazy to poo more than once a day. I can't convince him otherwise.

i normally only poop once in the morning. occasionally i will poop a second time at night, but that's usually it.
(also nobody else posted one because we were afraid of the wrath of IJDI, MBM and isa. we were trying to be good. this feels better. it ain't a vegan messageboard without poop talk)

I am sadly an irregular vegan. Which sucks because there is plenty of STUFF in there that needs to come out but its waiting anyway. So, I clog toilets a lot. Or at least I did in my last place, so maybe its the plumbing. But I've clogged in my new place once or twice.
Anyway, its not consistent. Its usually 2-3 days between pooping followed by a day and a half of many (like 4 maybe, usually only one is big) poops. I guess its better than the 5 days between pooping like I was prevegan.
I did the master cleanse once and afterward was actually awesome because I went daily for months! and of course Eat to Live was ALSO awesome for the pooping, because I was probably daily then too, and they were of excellent consistency.
Maybe this means I don't eat QUITE enough roughage for what my body needs, but its hard with sharing a fridge with 4 people now- there isn't really room for salads or greens (at least unfrozen green), so I don't get to eat them enough, but it wasn't much better even when I was eating them with more regularity. So, most of my veggies are denser now (carrots, onions, celery, broccoli, peppers etc). I'm thinking of going back on ETL when I move to Asheville though, since I will have access to cheaper mixed greens and other salad materials.

I poop probably twice a day, sometimes thrice. I can tell when I've had too much soy, since my poop is not quite as bulky-lookin' and is accompanied with farts, so I try to eat more greens after the soy poops...

When my co-workers found out I was vegan, one of them pulled me aside and asked, "Is it true that it, you know, bathroom stuff, is better as a vegan?" I said, "What are you asking me?" He said, "You know . . . regularity and stuff." I said, "Uh, yes." His response: "Yeah, I really need to try that sometime."
One of the weirdest conversations I've ever had at work.

speaking of the bristol stool chart - we had a guest lecturer come to talk about oncology nutrition and she asked if anyone had seen the bristol stool chart before and I was the only person who raised my hand. thank god she didn't ask me where i'd seen it because I wouldn't have given her the expected answer like "when i was volunteering at the hospital..." nope, my answer would have been "oh you know, just looking at poop related things on the internet"
