Toasted sesame bagel with margarine and Sheese Bleu Cheese melted on top. I do believe I'll be having this for lunch too.

I'm also having breakfast and then second breakfast. Always do! Anyway, first breakfast is a cup of coffee and strawberry shortcake oatmeal. So good. Second brekkie will probably be some kind of berry-mango muffin if I actually get in the kitchen to bake.

Almond milk yogurt and a green smoothie (baby spinach, banana, mango, pineapple, oj, water.) And coffee in a minute. When I'm feeling less lazy.

I do a two part breakfast. Before I leave the house I make a vanilla soy protein shake w/coffee and ice, tastes just like a frappicino. At work about mid morning some breakfast potatoes: roasted potatoes w/red bell pepper and onion. Salt, pepper and rosemary for seasoning.

I found weight watchers crumpets! They are made by Warburtons who make my favourite crumpets so I thought they might be ok just less calories. They were a bit naff but hit the spot.

Bowl of cereal with almond milk and a cup of coffee. I need to replace my blender so I can make green smoothies again.

A feast! Banana granola with blueberries, sliced strawberries, and that delicious Califia almond milk, coffee, tofu scramble, cherry sage sausage from Vegan Brunch, TOTS (!!!), grapes picked from my apt complex's garden, and pink grapefruit juice. Aw yeah.
