Ate a bunch of the PPK cashew korma, some homemade protein brownies and lifted a good amount of weight! I got a bit nauseous from exercising after all the korma though.

I posted a letter to my Mum on Friday which she should be getting today, and wrote an email to my Dad today, and made an appointment with a GP because.......
I finally made the for-reals decision to transition, and I've been sitting around for months feeling frustrated about it, so I decided "No more frustration!" and came out to my parents and started the medical ball rolling. Now I'm just waiting around and hoping Mum reacts ok.
Yay for progressing stuff with my mental and emotional health!

That's so awesome, that's a whole lot of progress there!

Thank you! It's a bit weird right now, cos they're both adjusting, so I feel both worried and relieved at the same time. At least it's finally out in the open.

Gave myself a couple days off to celebrate three Thanksgivings.

I've been ridiculously disciplined with food intake/exercise for the last couple months to lose some excess weight, so a few days off to relax and enjoy all the delicious meals are exactly what I need
