I blogged about the conference and the food HEREHERE. I'm so glad they decided to do one in the Phoenix area. There was so much great information and great food as you will see.

Me, too. I got an email from VegPhoenix (I think) a few days prior. VIT, do you know who catered? The nut beat wraps look kinda like the raw tacos from Pom Cafe.

It was Pomegranate! I love that place so much.

They are planning on doing another conference in the fall. I'll post about it.
