Those of us who are merely intollerant versus celiac, that is. I know I shouldn't, but I had match meat, field roast, crescent rolls and crackers. I am going to pay for it the next few days.

I did for the Austin Vegan Thanksgiving potluck last weekend and have already paid for it! Not too fun, but... there were things that I had never tried before and I didn't want to miss out on everything. Plus, it was my first vegan potluck ever. I tried to pace myself and not overdo it, so that's probably why my reaction only lasted a couple days. I am thankful to be pretty much back to normal now.

Christmas will be much better since I will be with my family and able to cook for myself! :)

Oh no! Ouch, hope you feel better soon. I never really "cheat" since my symptoms are so severe. I didn't go anywhere that I'd be poisoned (which is what I call it since it feels like it). I do sometimes cheat with soy since I get delayed symptoms and paid for it a bit. No soy for me.
