I'll definitely check out that book. I've seen it recommended all over the place. I know I'll need a trainer to show me how to lift properly too, though. I am positive I won't get it just by reading; I need someone to show me how not to injure myself.

Squats (110, what what!), bench press and rows. I felt so incredibly crappy doing squats I didn't think I'd stick it out but I'm glad I did!

Yesterday was lower body workout (deadlifts, leg press, leg extensions and calf press, plus 15 minute ab work). My energy was through the roof, but I kept myself from going crazy with the weights, and just added as much as I'd planned, to avoid forking up my progression. Felt awesome still!

Upper body workout (bench press, barbell row, incline dumbbell press, lat pulldowns, lat raise, triceps pulldown and cable bicep curls).

Beat my bench press PB! And also upped the weights or reps on all the other exercises.
