Well, to be fair, if they believe that the ideal diet started 2.5 million years ago, 20 extra thousand years on top of agriculture is a drop in the bucket. Except they probably didn't have buckets back then.

You'll have to grind them cattails yourself, you know. And the panini press will have to be made of very hot, flat rocks. At least it's authentic!
