I like the Burmese recipes in the Asian Vegan Kitchen but I still haven't figured out how to master fried crispy shallots. I want to go to Burma! And learn from the Burmese. They make my favourite kind of food: full of different textures, tastes, acidity, spice, saltiness, etc... all the good things. And so veganizable.
