Wait. This is going to sound ridiculous, but what's with the "shave my/your head" all the time? Is it an insanity thing? I was wondering about it when Tofulish suggested it in my Liquid Smoke Insanity thread. (I'm not a native speaker, so I really need to know.)

(I'm not a native speaker, so I really need to know.) shave my head is a turn of phrase. some of us actually are so crazy, we do shave our heads after enduring a traumatic event. i recently cut off all of my hair prior to MOFO and my spouse thought that a) i had lost my mind, or b) i was on the run from the police. it's makes for good movie/music video filler when someone has lost their mind. examples, the mentalist chick in "empire records" demi moore in "GI jane"-(sure she did it for the military, WHAT-EVAH)

K. Just checking. Thanks for helping clarify this. (And oh, my protagonist is so doing things right. I need to get back to writing NOW.)

Now the end is in sight and I feel rejuvenated! Today's post is one of my favourites so far. I enjoyed writing it again!
I haven't done as much reading as I'd have liked, although checking the vegan mofo blog site daily has highlighted so many fantastic things being done this month. Top work, guys!
Also, I've just worked out what my final post is going to be and it's going to be mega amazing (well, the thing I'm writing about will be. The post itself might not be so amazing). Sadly, not food related in any way but a major excitement point in my life. I have that kind of excitement where I could feasibly explode into a trillion little pieces of cinnamon flavoured awesomeness (because that's the best type of awesomeness) all over the computer if I thought about it too hard.

I will be so glad when December is here and I can just worry about catching up on blog reading. I am soooo far behind right now.

I'm doing Iron Chef today, but no ideas for Monday and Tuesday. Someone needs to give me an assignment.

This year Mofo'ing has been harder than ever before for me. November is the last month of school before finals the first week in December and I've been completely buried in thesis research and papers. I fee like I'm constantly apologizing in every one of my post. So far I've only done 13 an with only 2 days to go I'm far from the goal I set for myself.

ameyfm wrote: your blog has been awesome, Rachwins!! Aww, shucks! Thanks! I still can't get my head around the fact that people take the time to read it. I got an email about it a while back from one of the bloggers who inspired me to start blogging, and I nearly passed out in disbelief/excitement. But thanks!

I've been burnt out since the first week, unfortunately. I have the blogroll all set to keep reading past November, because I have only been able to read a few so far. Being sick and having tons of work to do have kind of dampened my resolve to write and read much this month. I can't wait to catch up on the other blogs post-MoFo though!

Yep for sure. My reader is packed so it's going to take me all of December to catch up!! I can't decide what to do for my last post. One more and I'm there!
