I haven't seen it, but I will be on the look out! It could be really awesome or really bad. I like to exercise. I do not like to 'eat clean.'

I got the winter (first?) issue. It's mostly exercised-focused, not food-focused, from what I remember. So not much about clean eating. Profiles of athletes. Exercise routines. Exercise clothing. I honestly can't remember it well because I find exercise boring to read about.
Though I just looked up the most recent issue, and the cover has "more recipes!" So I must not be the only one.
I bought the "more recipes" one the other day and that was the first time I had seen it. I didn't really like it. There was a lot of unscientific stuff about how a vegan diet can prevent all kinds of stuff from [insert disease here] to vegemite! What?! And none of the recipes sounded that good, either. And it wasn't a visually appealing magazine. Hard to tell the ads from the substance.

The design is pretty awful and this issue is SUPER focused on the whole clean eating/china study/etc stuff. Previous issues have been a bit more exercise focused but definitely there was still the whole clean eating/plant based thing. I kind of like it but if it remains as plant based/fat phobic/etc in future issues I may not renew. Lisapunk, I have several issues, I could send them to you since you're not far away?
