What are your favorite recipes?

My husband is requesting the North African meatballs & the Hummingbird cupcakes.

Are you getting a review copy?? Matthew has said I will get one but...... I'm guessing it will arrive when it arrives.

Looking forward to trying the flautas and the brisket. Probably not in the same meal, but who knows.

I got my copy in the mail!

I'm about halfway through reading it. So far I want to make nearly everything (I cannot get into anything with kelp granules, it's my own hang-up.).

Of course the first thing I'm going to make is the Stout cupcakes with Whisky frosting...

I'm going to do a full review during MoFo, probably around week 3; I'll link it here.

I got my copy today! Yay!

I tested for this, but there are loads of things I didn't even get to see during testing. I'm spending week 2 of MoFo cooking through stuff I didn't get to test. And I'm right there with you on the stout cupcakes with whisky frosting, Kelvia.

If you don't have it, definitely pick it up before Thanksgiving (well, for the Americans) because her green bean casserole is forking amazing. I mean, I never even ate green bean casserole before I made the tester, and I ended up making Alicia's recipe every other week for about 2 months. Sososo good.

Hazelnut crusted seitan! Make it! It's awesome! If you already have your seitan made, and you buy pre-ground hazelnuts, you can be eating some deliciousness in 10 minutes or less.
