The UK release of this got pushed back a bit and I was so upset!! But there are a few recipes on the Amazon look inside feature and I copied a couple down to try this week :P I'm so happy that the whole book is vegan too, and not just vegetarian like I thought it would be.

Looking at the table of contents, there is a brussel sprouts recipe! (it is my life's mission to get people to love the sprouts) And the peanut butter sriracha cookies sound intriguing. Too bad my none essential shopping budget is blown until the end of summer, hoping this book makes an appearance at my library.

I saw this online yesterday and absolutely flipped a shiitake in the middle of my office. got a lot of eyerolls when I used the words "vegan" and "sriracha" to explain why I was so excited haha

I made the cucumber-sriracha hummus (from the preview on Amazon) and it is yummy! I have never had cucumber in hummus before but it made it lighter and more refreshing. And of course, the sriracha brought the tasty firestorm power.

I'm impressed and pleased that this is an all-vegan cookbook, since the author has written omni cookbooks in the past and I have not heard of him in vegan circles except in connection with this book.

I made the Ultimate Sriracha Veggie Burger and its accompanying Sriracha-Cumin Aioli last evening. The burgers were decently good and, as written, huge. Listed as making making four burgers, I think the recipe is good for at least six per batch and even those would be generously sized. We especially liked the aioli recipe. It is an easy to put together, versatile sauce that I can see being used in all sorts of applications.

Just perused this book at my local Barnes and Noble. It looks great! Almost all of those recipes would be made at my house if I bought this book. Guess it's going on the Wishlist...

I think I'm going to like this little cookbook. I made the broccoli slaw tonight and it is excellent: spicy sriracha and ginger, a little sweet with orange juice and cranberries, and crunchy slaw, red pepper and sunflower seeds.

The recipe for Jackfruit “Pulled Pork” Sammiches with Pickled Red Onion was posted on a blog around the time of the cookbook launch. We made these and they are pretty awesome. (Sriracha BBQ sauce)

My blog post about it, which also links back to the full recipe is here: http://vegchic.blogspot.com/2013/07/jac ... -with.html

It is little! A cute little square thing, recipes look good though. I'm a very recent convert to sriracha, and a zealous one at that!

i *want* this book! usually i'm not a fan of themed cookbooks, but i figure this would be an exception to the rule ;) and if i don't want things spicey, i can just leave out the rooster sauce ;)
