Make some sort of amazing pie! Like... chocolate crust, PB/caramel filling, and sliced bananas for the top layer. Or, or, or PB crust, ricemellow filling, and bananas on top... like a banana fluffernutter pie! OMG, the pie-ssibilities are endless. mmm, pie.

definitely raw banana soft serve. - freeze as many as possible. they will be perfect for smoothies and to eat as is and as the soft serve. make banana pudding for breakfast - or raw banana/avocado chocolate mousse dressed with raw cacao nibs, ground flax, frozen blueberries, chopped up clementines - this is the PERFECT breakfast or lazy dinner. raw banana milkshakes. oatmeal with banana slices. banana chips! banana bread.
bananas are awesome and i am deadly jealous.

i tend to get lots of bananas at a time when i get a good deal-
-nana soft serve definitely- you can blend it with cacao, strawberries, vanilla, fresh jackfruit or mango, etc to make ridiculously good ice cream. -banana salsa- salty stuff with banana is good; i make banana, red or yellow bell pepper, onion, orange juice, cumin, cilantro, salt and pepper, all chopped and mixed. banana needs to be firm -i've had a banana curry and dal that were to die for.... -bread them and fry them like you would eggplant- eat with beans and rice with some hot sauce on it, freaking fantastic -freeze most of them for smoothies or future baking -cracker+peanutbutter+sliced banana+sprinkle of brown sugar+salt+shot of red pepper sauce=super!

Add the word Banana before the following:
SMOOTHIES with mangoes, strawberries, and blueberries mixed in... <3 bread muffins fritters cupcakes split pancakes waffles soft serve popsicles popsicles in chocolate peanut butter sandwiches turon aka: banana lumpia (roll sliced ripe bananas in brown sugar, wrap in wonton wrappers, seal with water, fry in oil, enjoy.) fries (slice bananas, make simple batter with water+all purpose flour, fry in oil, enjoy) cream pie doughnuts vodka (I saw it in the Gross Food Porn thread, and I don't drink alcohol, but I bet it's good) daquiris (I'd make these virgin for myself)
If anything else pops into my head, I'll be sure to add more. :) I love bananas... I could seriously live on them + mangoes alone. This is why I need to live in some place like Costa Rica and have my own banana plantation and mango grove.
Edited to add: And good on you and your man for getting dirt cheap bananas! It's the best when you get awesome deals on food.

Update: Due to my exam frenzy I have only made the initial batch of banana bread, but by eating them diligently the bf has reduced our stash to about 50!! Exam tomorrow, so at some point this evening I need to close up the books and just chill out, and then I will bake some more. And freeze many- I have GOT to have this nanner softserve.
