because I've had Nutritional yeast for the first time!! I can already tell you this is the beginning of a long and beautiful friendship :)

For me, it started as a cheesy substitute. Now veggies seen naked without it. I almost went into a withdrawal syndrome when I ran out for a week! Watch out, this stuff is addictive.

I buy a new can when the old one is half empty just to make sure I never run out. Welcome to the dark side!

I buy this in bulk but the bulk bags never quite seem big enough!

I have a slight addiction too, my newest addiction is EB and nooch on toast.

And I love nooch. So does my cat.

I had to stop buying EB for awhile to break my addiction to this. We used to divide EB into 2 containers and mix as much nutritional yeast as we could into each. For some reason it doesn't taste as good if it isn't pre-mixed in.

The first time I had nooch I hated it! That was a few years ago. Now I freaking love it and I couldn't imagine my life without it.

welcome to the wonderful world of nooch- i for one bought a 10 lb tub recently- don't judge, i don't have a health food store, so in bulk reallllly means in bulk for me.

I get twitchy when the container is only half full! Nooch and toast forever!

if you're vegan be sure to buy the kind with b12 in it, it should make your pee yellow after you've had a good bout with it. soo soo good. try it mixed in warm brown rice with avocado and veggies.

Whenever I have popcorn at my boyfriend's house, I'm always like "this could really use some nooch." I need to stash a bag in his cupboards.

I miss nooch! I have to go to Austin to buy it and I never have time. Over Christmas break I will obtain nooch!

Just don't make the same mistake I did and buy Wholefoods store brand of nooch, which doesn't have B12. The bulk nooch is Red Star I think, so it should be fine. Central Market also has nooch and vital wheat gluten in bulk, at decent prices.

Ah, you lucky Americans with your multiple brands of nooch. I have only ever found one consistently in Aus, and whilst I'm absolutely addicted, who's to know that there's not something even more amazing out there!

you know, whatever i've been cooking since then has had a generous amount of nooch on top - i just feel like i could eat the whole can in one sitting. addiction here i come!
