I read in a thread awhile back that someone wanted to have those fruity jelly candies again (like orange slices). Nuts.com has peach and watermelon ones, and they're organic, too.

http://www.nuts.com/chocolatessweets/gu ... rings.html

They're having free shipping with a 75 dollar order. I've never ordered from them before because the usual shipping costs are obscene. I think I'm going to try to find someone to order with to make the 75 dollar minimum so I can try them out. They have pretty good prices on lots of foodie stuff.

My coop has vitamin C citrus slices and gummi bears but their bulk items so I don't know who makes them.

I also see a lot of vegan jelly candy at Passover in supermarkets. Sunkist Citrus gems are also vegan.

Oooooh, I love fruity jelly candy. I want to try making some one day. The Sunkist gems are good, but I haven't had them in forever. There aren't many here, but there is some sort of vegan gummy bear that's really more a sugared jelly candy in the natural food shop.

Those watermelon ones look sooo good!

Fruity jelly candy is where it's at. I still haven't really ever found vegan gummies as good as the non-veg ones. It seems veg gummies are always more soft and smooshy, y'know? I usually stick to Swedish fish and spice drops. I used to love those gummy cola bottles too!

Yes, this. I try to stock up at Passover (which I realize is far away if you want some now). If you have a local store with a big kosher section, go the second or third day of Passover and it'll be all the jelly candy you can eat at 50% off. Better than the post-Easter sale because the vast majority of Passover candy is vegan!
