The lovely Veg-Eric is going to be in town over the weekend, so we are getting together for brunch on Sunday! Anyone up for joining us? I was thinking around 11 am at and then hanging out for a bit.

I am open to suggestions (esp if we are a larger party), but was thinking of staying in Manhattan and going to Peacefoods Café or Sacred Chow (they serve brunch at noon) or Vegetarian Dim Sum.

Let me know if you can make it!

I think its between Peace Foods Cafe Union Square and Veggie Dim Sum in Chinatown.

http://vegetariandimsum.com/

http://www.peacefoodcafe.com/locations/

Veggie Dim Sum is really cheap, greasy and yummy and Peace Foods Cafe is more upscale but also yummy (and a bit pricier). Both are fine for toddlers and we can go to a park afterwards :)

11 works best for us, but I will PM you my cellphone number blondiefk (and anyone else who wants it!) if you want to meet up later.

Also Dayna R suggested going to Running Down The Walls in the afternoon if anyone is looking for fun vegan food thing in the PM :) https://www.facebook.com/events/214629215359217/

We had the best time with Veg-Eric! We saw a friend of mine who sells paintings out at the art fair on University, then we had an amazing brunch at Peace Food Cafe (which is really toddler friendly) and then played at the Union Square playground, which was superfun! There was no rain, it was just lovely and so much fun catching up!

Hurrah for fun meet-ups!
