Okay, I made this recipe and it's amazing. But I wanted you to know what I did to vary it a little. I divided the fudge batter in half and smooshed the first half down into the pan, and covered it with broken up Trader Joe's Candy Cane Joe Joe's. Then, I added a few tablespoons of cocoa powder, plus crushed up candy canes, to the rest of the batter and blended it again. Then I threw more crushed candy canes in the pan along with the broken Joe Joe's. Finally, I spread the second, chocolatey half of the batter on top of the whole mess in the pan and let it set. OMG yum! So it's double layered, mint cookies and cream fudge now. And I think I'm addicted.
