What is your favorite Cheeze (solid or sauce) that does not contain yeast? I used to love making cashew Cheeze but I can only have almonds or pecans. I am missing some of my favorite cheesy dishes because I can't have yeast, any suggestions?
I really like the Mac and Cheeze from easy comfort food.
